Setup

Different technical solutions can be provided to respond to the specific requirements of your event.

Speaker desk

Two standing mirrors are set up in front of the speaker, who is able to move his or her eyes from one mirror to the other, communicating smoothly with the whole auditorium.

On stage

One or several screens are placed discretely at the front of the stage, allowing the speaker to move freely without losing sight of the text.

Large meeting room

Large screens for public viewing may be set up, or displays may be projected wherever required to reinforce the visual effect of the presentation.

If your facilities are already equipped with conference facilities we can provide the (tele) prompter service alone or working with your technical team on the spot.
